Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can share your screen and describe how your business works, that's the whole job requirement. We handle the technical side and teach you what you need as we go — in plain language.

Which AI tools do you work with?

We work primarily with Claude — including Claude Cowork and custom skills — because it's what we use to run our own business every day. If you have existing tools, we build around them rather than forcing a switch.

Do you still offer the missed call text-back system?

No. We've retired our done-for-you SMS and missed call text-back products to focus entirely on AI Concierge — because teaching your team to run your business on AI creates far more leverage than any single automation.
